Q: Do I have to pay tax or duty?
A: We operate in USD and do not charge you Tax. In some cases but most often not, the post carrier in your country may collect duty or taxes from you upon delivery.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once your order is processed your package will ship. Shipping times depend on your location. Shipping to the US is usually 5-7 business days, and International Shipping is 14-20 business days.
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Order processing can take between 2-3 days depending on how busy we are with orders, and factoring in we don't ship on weekends and holidays. We try to ship orders the same day or next business day.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: The majority of our products ship from California, US. We also ship some items from Canada and the EU.
Q: What is the shipping process?
A: We ship orders overseas by mail service. After your order is finished processing, we then forward it to the shipping company who handles it from there.
After your package arrives in your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So kindly please contact your local post office when it arrives in your country. As most tracking numbers are international and won't show any more information once arriving at the country of destination.
Q: Why didn't my order ship in one box?
A: We have stock spread out through different fulfillment centers to make shipping times faster, so you may get your items at different times. But in most cases, we always try to ship everything at once if possible.
Q: How will I track my order?
A: Tracking numbers will be sent out to you 2-5 days after your order is processed.
Q: When will my Tracking info appear?
A: It usually takes between 48-72 hours for tracking information to populate. Sometimes it varies depending on the carrier.
Q: What if my shipment status hasn't changed?
A: Sometimes shipments can get delayed due to bad weather incidents, customs issues or backlogs.
Please note that Tracking information can be displayed after your order was shipped. We are always working hard to make shipping times better for our customers.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn't been processed yet we will be able to cancel it for you, but if your order is processed and shipped already it's not able to be canceled.
Q: What currency is the store?
A: We use USD, but currency will be converted to your local currency upon checkout.
